"Wonderful stay! There was a problem with the room we booked (things happen) but Dawn made sure we were happy in an upgraded room. Location is great, walking distance to Main Street. Breakfast was included with the option to be brought to your room. If visiting East Hampton, would definitely choose the Mill House. "

"Perfect place for a relaxing family holiday , quiet, private and only a short distance to local attractions. Being able to mix up home made meals, grills and nearby restaurants and cafes makes it ideal. Easy to access by both road and rail. We stayed for 6 nights and were blessed with great weather. Pool was a great place to lounge around with a book and a few drinks. We would recommend it to anyone who wants a place to escape to with guaranteed privacy. The local wildlife were an added bonus! "

"Nice property in an area that is crazy expensive. The hosts are warm and wonderful. We were there on a cold rainy summer weekend, and I was uncomfortable with the cold air that was fan-fed through vents throughout the house. Also had minor problems with the television in our room, and the darkness in the closed (no light). Breakfasts on both mornings were excellent. I expect that a sunny warm day would have been quite a different experience. "
