The maintenance person came and showed us how to use the remote and at that point I said that I think the upstairs unit is not working, which is what was keeping the heat from turning on however he assured me that it was working. 「Hotel did not have our Reservation . One was there to check us in. There was no heated pool or breakfast as advertised and paid for. Both Expedia and this Hotel are Horrible. They should not waste customers vacation time just to make a buck. It was not cheap either. 」
