“I have spent 8 days at the Hotel Tropicana here in Puerto Vallarta now, and I will definitely be back. I am a hotel/resort consultant, and I work with new hotels to set up accommodation systems, booking platforms, online presence, etc. I was not working on this trip. I was simply a guest. Being in the business, I, of course, find myself critiquing hotels and resorts wherever I stay at them, and I stay at plenty, worldwide. “The hotel is very quiet and private. I stayed in a room with an amazing ocean front view. Everything is within 5 to 10 minutes walking. The room was spacious and had a kitchen with everything from dishes to margarita glasses, well equipped kitchen. Good AC, hot water, clean. My only complaint was the mattress which I found hard but other than that everything was perfect.”
