They picked us up, helped us settle in, and thoughtfully arranged our tours with such care and attention to detail—it felt like staying with close friends rather than at a hotel. “No one at front desk had even rudimentary English, or even tried to communicate. I left my luggage with the hotel staff 3 days before my check in (on the way to the jungle tour). Apperantly, no record of it was made on my reservation, and it took me some time to get it upon my check in No hot water - it was just luke warm. No shampoo - only a small bar of soap - something I would expect in a hostel, but not in a "boutique " hotel. Worst part was the night- rooms have no sound proofing, and you ……

“Los servicios del hotel están muy por debajo del precio que cobran. Durante mi estadía: (1) No funcionaba la llave del lavamanos. (2) No rellenaron los depósitos de gel de baño ni shampoo. (3) Aunque la conexión al router funciona, el internet no sirve. (4) El televisor está bloqueado para la conexión a internet. (5) Hace falta un coworking funcional en comodidad y conectividad.”

“I travel to Leticia every two to three months, I am not a tourist. I think this place takes it for granted that tourists will want to stay in an eco friendly place. But there is a big difference between eco friendly and good maintenance. There are cockroaches in the bathroom. In the middle of the night the water turned off and I couldn’t flush the toilet. Disgusting. In the morning when the water came back on and it still wouldn’t flush I opened the tank and there were two disgusting bottles of……

“Very nice and clean property the pool is very nice. Location is perfect right in the heart of Leticia. I felt safe.”

“Average hotel, but excellent location and staff. Especially the staff in the restaurant for breakfast. Nice pool, but renovations being worked on while we were there.”

“The property did not have electricity. And when I booked it that detail wasn’t in the description of the cabin , I had a very bad trip because of that , at least should say no WiFi no electricity, I took my kids and was very very horrible and disappointed ! ”

“Hvis man søger fred og ro er hotellet perfekt, idet det ligger 5 km uden for byen. Det er meget uheldigt, at det på Hotels.com er angivet at ligge midt i Leticia bycentrum, hvilket er helt forkert og misvisende. Men det er rigtig søde ansatte på hotellet, der har en dejlig og ren pool, store hytter og masser af grønne områder. Bestemt et godt opholf.”

“The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. A white sink, toilet, etc in the middle of the jungle in pristine condition, wow. Just a great environment and a chance to actually relax because we were taken……
