"Such a lovely place to stay, we stayed in Queen, plenty of space and arranged over two floors. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and well thought out. Being central is perfect for exploring. "

"The hotel is in DESPERATE need of refurbishment. It’s incredibly run-down. The carpets are in a state in the communal areas a bedrooms and the whole place just needs work - drafty windows, peeling paint, scruffy furniture. But the building is lovely, the rooms are spacious and they are SUPER welcoming of dogs. The fridge was missing from our room, and the swimming pool is also needing some work. The bar food is a lot of frozen stuff, and not very nice. Think Weatherspoons. Breakfast buffet is good though. So much potential there, grounds are wonderful. Location great. Just needs a good clean and decorating! "

"A Perfect Birthday Surprise – Thoughtful and Welcoming Stay I booked Arden House as a surprise birthday treat for my sister, who is currently going through house renovations, so she really needed a relaxing break away. It turned out to be absolutely perfect. Communication from the host was exceptional from the start. I was able to reserve parking in advance, and they were so warm and welcoming when she arrived. They really made her birthday feel special. The Superior room was bright, spacious and spotlessly clean, with beautiful natural light from the large windows. There were such thoughtful touches waiting for her, including a handwritten birthday card, sweet treats, a fruit bowl, plush towels and dressing gowns neatly prepared on the bed. It felt personal and genuinely caring. The location is excellent for exploring Arundel, and breakfast was very good as well. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Arden House. A lovely, friendly place that goes the extra mile"

"A lovely stay at the Cottage, perfect for our family Christmas. We had a fabulous Christmas tree to greet us on arrival and a kitchen equipped to cope with Christmas dinner. Couldn’t have asked for better, thank you Clare, fantastic hosts and a delightful place to stay! "
