4 Star Apartment. Situated in the main property, a lovely first floor apartment facing our garden and view over Loughrigg in the distance.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with double bed.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds.

Bathroom:
1 bath/shower over, toilet and basin. Welcome toiletries are provided.

Kitchen:
Microwave, hob, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, dishes and utensils, dishwasher. Washing up tablets/liquid and kitchen cloths are provided.

Living Room:
Open plan lounge/kitchen with breakfast table and log effect electric stove. TV and DVD Player.

Amenities/Facilities:
Free cot & high chair, central heating, free WiFi, garden, reserved parking. Double room has views over towards the village and Helm Cragg.

Cozy, well-appointed base for some lakes adventures

What a lovely self-catering spot! Conveniently located in Grasmere, a very short walk away from a host of lovely cafes and restaurants. Comfy accommodation, and everything we needed.

We love Grasmere so to stay here in the heart of the village was amazing, with everything on the doorstep. A well maintained, clean property with everything you need to comfortably self cater. Although the kitchen is small and parking a little tight, there are plentiful plus points, with many walks from the doorstep.

Perfect spot

A perfect apartment for 4 in central grasmere with parking. Lovely cosy living/kitchen, well equipped. Comfy bedrooms with quality linen and towels. A perfect stay- thank you

IDEAL LOCATION

We have just returned from our stay at Bracken Fell and thoroughly enjoyed it. The property had everything you could wish for and it's location is ideal for walks from the door and enjoying an evening out in Grasmere.We will definitely be returning to pay another visit.
