Villa "Bella Vita" is a typical Italian country house in the middle of a 2 hectare private property, surrounded by the beauty and tranquility of the Umbrian hills. The garden is lined with olive groves and houses an herb garden waiting to be used. Two beautiful, rustic terraces (40 m2 and 8 m2) with a large dining table and grill offer you a wonderful panoramic view.
The house has a large open kitchen, two salons with an open fireplace and wood stove, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The charming medieval towns of Lugnano in Teverina, Amelia, Alviano and Porchiano del Monte are in the immediate vicinity of the country house.
The excellent motorway and train connections allow you to quickly from the romantic silence of the olive groves to the centers of the art cities of Rome (80km), Florence, Orvieto (40km), Todi, Siena, Bagnio Reggio, Perugia (90km), Assisi, Spello, Gubbio, Bomarzo, "Civita di Bagnioregio-the Dying City" and Spoleto.
Trains to Rome and Florence leave from the Attigliano-Bomarzo (P + R) train station every 7 km. There is also the exit of the A1 Milano-Napoli motorway.
Other recommended sights are Lake Bolsena (42km), Viterbo (42km) with the famous SPA "Terme dei Papi", Narni and the 8th Church founded in the century in the Abbey of San Pietro in ValleTerni-Ferentillo (Longobardi) (50km).

Scenic house on a lovely location

The house is located on a hillside with lovely views. It is surrounded by olive trees, peaceful spot. There are cats and donkeys on the terrain, very likeable animals. The landlord was very friendly and helpful all through our stay. The house itself is spacious and well equipped with all necessities. No luxury, but we found all we needed. The covered terrace is a wonderful living space during hot summer days and at night time to elax with a glass of wine. Recomended for any family seeking a quiet spot, yet close to many of the beautiful Umbrian cities like Orvieto, Narni and Spoleto. Also Rome is only 1 hour by car. The house itswlf

Ferienhaus für Familie mit Kindern

Dieses Ferienhaus kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Wer die Ruhe sucht und naturverbunden ist findet ein traditionelles Ferienhaus mit drei sympathisch Katzen und drei Eseln vor. Der Garten ist sehr groß, aber überschaubar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Gute Kommunikation per WhatsApp aber auch persönlich war er oft vor Ort, da er nach seinen Tieren und den Empfindlichkeiten der Gäste fragt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und werden nicht zum letzten Mal hinfahren.

Fantastisch verblijf op top locatie

Twee fantastische weken gehad. In werkelijkheid mooiere omgeving/ huis dan op de foto's van de website! Enorme rust en privacy. Zeer gastvriendelijke gastheer (absoluut geen last van, wel bij contactmomenten altijd even een prettig gesprek). De kinderen vonden de aanwezigheid van de ezels en poezen leuk. We hebben hier zeker geen last van gehad. Echt alle keukenbenodigdheden zijn ook aanwezig in ruime aantallen, zeer prettig met een groot gezin. Eigenaar heeft goede tips over de omgeving. Een bezoek aan Rome is goed te doen, met als het zwemmen in het Bolsena meer. Zelf gingen wij naar Bolsena (erg leuk), maar op advies zijn wij ook naar Capodimonte geweest. Zeer leuk en hier zijn ook boten, waterfietsen etc. te huur.

Schöne Alleinlage mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Reibungslose Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter auch bereits vor Reiseantritt. Sehr netter Empfang und Erhalt vieler Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist ein rustikales Landhaus mit einem großen Wohnzimmer und offener Küche sowie einem Duschbad und Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Neben der Küche befindet sich ein Vorratsraum mit der Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist absolut reichhaltig mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Auf der Terasse befindet sich ein großer Esstisch sowie mehrere Liegen. Im Obergeschoss gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wannenbad und ein kleineres Wohnzimmer, von dem aus man auf den Balkon kommt, der auch über eine Außentreppe erreichbar ist. Umgeben ist das Haus von einem mit vielen alten Olivenbäumen bepflanzten riesigen Garten, in dem sich auch die Koppel für die beiden Esel befindet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der tolle Ausblick, die Nähe zu Amelia und Bomarzo sowie zum Bolsena-See und die Zuganbindung an Rom. Trotz der brütenden Hitze war es im Haus nicht zu warm, die Begegnung mit einigen Wildschweinen und einem Skorpion hat den Aufenthalt ebenfalls nicht getrübt. Ein Tipp für den Sommer: unbedingt Mückenspray mitnehmen! Wir würden wiederkommen, mille grazie, Giovanni!

Tolles Haus mit super Grundstück und fantastischem Blick in das Tibertal

Wir haben dieses Haus als Familie mit 2 Teenagern gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist geräumig, hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung und ist wirklich schön. Das Highlight ist natürlich die große Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick in das Tibertal und auf das große Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen. Giovanni ist super nett und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Auch während des Aufenthaltes war er immer für uns da und hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Auch über die beiden Esel und die 3 Katzen haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Man genießt hier die absolute Ruhe in der Natur und kann von der Terrasse Rehe, Vögel, Igel etc. beobachten. Die Umgebung bietet tolle Natur (für Wanderfreunde ideal) und jede Menge fantastische Städte. Auch Rom ist mit dem Zug schnell erreicht. Alles in allem also ein ideales Objekt, kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

AMELIA

Wir hatten als große Familie mit vier Kindern eine tolle Ferienwoche in Umbrien. Giovanni hat uns persönlich empfangen, alles im Haus gezeigt, viele gute Empfehlungen gegeben, was wir angucken könnten und uns sogar die Umgebung persönlich gezeigt. Das Haus ist kompakt und geräumig, man sieht, dass sich ein Architekt Gedanken um viele Details gemacht hat und dabei die Seele des Hauses geschickt bewahrt hat. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt eine wunderbare, vielsprachige Bibliothek. Die Veranda mit ihren großen Holztisch und der Blick auf die Olivenbäume und das Tal des Tibers ist der perfekte Ort zu essen und seinen Gedanken freien Lauf zu lassen. Leider war der Sommer bis zu 40° heiß und der Wasserdruck schwach, so dass das obere Bad nicht zu gebrauchen war, was mit einer großen Familie mit fünf Frauen ein Handicap darstellt. Un lugar maravillioso para descansar.

Nous avons séjourné du 4 au 18 août 2018 à 6 personnes dans cette propriété et avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Giovanni et les nombreux conseils qu'il nous a donnés pour découvrir la région. Particulièrement bien située, à 7 kilomètres de l'autoroute et de la gare, nous avons pu visiter Amelia, Civita di Bagnoregio, Spoleto, Orvieto, Narni, Terni, Todi, ...mais aussi Rome, Ostie où Cerveteri. La maison est très bien équipée en vaisselle et appareils ménagers et les produits trouvés en arrivant, sel, poivre, épices, mais aussi farine, sucre, ....sont très appréciables quand on arrive tard et que les magasins sont fermés. Nous avons déjeuné plusieurs fois à la pizzéria Porcini à Amélia et avons été très contents du service et de la qualité des produits, pizza aux truffes entre autres et desserts tous succulents. Les saucisses fraiches et sèches, achetées à Porchiano del Monte, dans une petite épicerie, difficile à trouver, sont une pure merveille.Une petite angoisse avec le pont de Gènes qui a cassé pendant notre séjour, et une pensée particulière pour toutes les familles touchées par ce drame. Mooie landelijk plekje met schitterend uitzicht

Een mooie landelijk gelegen woning met schitterend uitzicht waar je makkelijk tot rust komt. Lekker ruim met meerdere vertrekken waar je terug kan trekken. Heerlijk op "al fresco" buiten op overdekte terras te eten en 's avonds met glas wijn te genieten van uitzicht en zonsondergang. Ook balkonnetje boven een heerlijke plek voor koffie 's ochtends. 3 katten die aandacht zoeken maken het extra huiselijk. Jammer dat we midden in een soort hittegolf zaten waardoor de nachten binnen niet veel koeler werdt. De luiken en dikken muren houden de warmte wel buiten, maar zitten grenzen aan. Mooie omgeving met dorpjes. Rome makkelijk te doen vanaf station in Orte (half uur rijden, voldoende parkeren).

Erholung pur und tolle Ausflüge in der schönen Landschaft Umbriens

Wir hatten mit unseren vier Kindern einen tollen Urlaub. Im Haus und auf der schönen Terrasse haben wir nach unseren Ausflügen durch Umbrien und nach Rom die Ruhe genossen. Die Kinder waren sehr von den Katzen und dem Esel Pippo begeistert. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!
