拉斯维加斯美国第一中心附近酒店

“ Do not stay at this hotel. We had a very bad experience. The room door would not close properly, and when we came back, we were able to push it open without using a key, which is a serious safety issue. They charged $150 to our card, claiming it was because of a mark on a sheet. I called four times to explain the situation, but they told me they cannot refund the money. On top of that, the hotel is extremely noisy. You can hear people talking and arguing outside, as well as footsteps from the……

“There was no shampoo, and a light from outside shined in our room all night. It was the first time I paid for cleaning after I had paid for the room”

“It’s time to update the property and put clean carpet and new mattresses. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. Hot tub was good. The back door needs to be more secure. And the staircase is also.”

“Clean room, nice staff, good breakfast, great location for food.”

“all good but the mattress is too soft , not good for sleep”

“雖然提供機場接送，但電話聯絡過後等了約四十分鐘車子才來，我主動跟司機打招呼但司機不願友善回應，我們也必須自己搬行李上下車。”

“Perfect in many ways”

“Kitchen in the room was wonderful and well equipped. Walk-in shower was very nice for my 91 year old mother. The staff at the front desk were helpful. The breakfast options were delicious.”

“對面的賭場比較一般，比較像小鎮的賭場，不過也很溫馨”

“寵物友善，房間乾淨寬敞舒適，”

“The hotel is a bit far from the center, but everything else was fantastic. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of milk, bread, and fresh fruit. Most importantly, it was very quiet at night, ensuring a great sleep. Definitely worth it if you don't mind the distance!”

“房間乾淨”

“早餐幾多品種”

“The property is lovely, and I live locally so I was excited to stay there. Unfortunately, the local discount that is usually offered was not available. Then, we were initially sent to an occupied room which delayed us 30 minutes. When we finally got to our recently refurbished room, it was clean and well appointed, however, none of the the plugs in the bathroom worked. The extra daily fees that cover amenities didn't cover much. When we went to use the pool we were told they were closing it for……

“kitchen needs range hood. When trading/collecting a parking pass. Employee should be more polite, It feels like passing through customs, again. Asking questions like why are you here.”
