“The property is a wonderful place to stay. The view is amazing from the wrap around porch. This is the 3rd time we have stayed there. Not far from Berlin, Sugar Creek, Mt. Hope, Charm or Walnut Creek. My sister and adult daughter love to get away there for a girls retreat. Eli is a wonderful host. It is very clean and comfortable and has a hot tub! The goats are a bonus.”

“5 of us met here for a long weekend..the house was impeccably clean and very comfortable! Loved the well-stocked kitchen and the hot tub, along with a convenient washer/dryer. The bed in the primary was super-comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location is across a small river from an industrial area..which was a little concerning pulling in..but once you get back to the house its lovely and secluded.”

“The property was very clean, thoughtfully decorated and extremely cozy. Initially, I was a little concerned that the cottage was so close to the host's main house, but once we settled in, we might as well have been in the middle of nowhere - it felt totally private and secluded. Thanks to Karen for a great getaway!”

“Hello, we had a great stay that this place. When we first arrived the door code wouldn’t open because they apparently have them on a timer so it won’t open til exactly your arrival time which was alittle annoying. I think they should give u atleast 15 min window because everyone arrives a few min early. The place was very clean when we arrive. We loved the layout which was perfect for two people. It had all the needed kitchen utinsels to cook there. The shower was nice and hot, internet was very……

Was worried at first because of it being in someone’s basement but turned out to be perfect for us. The owners checked in on us by text to make sure we had everything we needed. “The room itself and the view was amazing! Very high-quality beds, sheets, pillows and furniture. I wish the vanity lighting were a little brighter. The shower is very good. The wooden patio chairs on the balcony need replaced. The wood cracked when I sat in it and I am not a big guy. I wish there were better instructions available on how to use the hot tub. Overall though a great experience!”
