"Room was nice, breakfast was plentiful & good variety w/ very proficient staff, front desk staff were very personable & helpful. The pool was beautiful, very clean & sticked with large soft towels ; However we encountered two issues: 1) Our room was not cleaned as our stated schedule & we had to sdk Hotel cleaning personnel to clean our room, after cleaning we discovered clean washcloths weren't not provided & altogether we asked for some we never received any. 2) Twice the pool was closed to guests for "Swimming Lessons" which were taught by an outside vendor to non guests. Additionally no notice was given or posted to guests regarding pool closures for Swimming lessons."
