「Execellent place to go relax and take in the beautiful Cotwolds. This hotel is just perfect for a weekend break or longer. The rooms are modern, clean with all amenities you would expect from a top hotel. Breafast was amazing and the amazing staff prepared eggs for breakfast as we like. Its located so close to great day vists and if nothingbelse just in the hotel and enjoy the pool and spa and relax at the bar. 「Verynice. However the lady on checkout was not helpful and very rude. Wouldnt help me with check out said i had to do myself, and told me my lost property had not been found even though housekeeping has found it. .this put me off ataying here again 」

「Yes room spotless staff can not do anymore for you booked in on line for 2 people one dog but unfortunately the booking company didn't include my dog that we paid for but the staff were so lovely strait on it found us a dog friendly room its the 2nd time we have stayed there its lovely will go back again next Christmas 🎄 」

「Overall excellent value for money. Good breakfast and the staff were really friendly. Slightly odd smell in some of the downstairs corridors - a bit like damp? The facilities were really good, loved the spa and the gym. Beautiful property. Lots of parking. Slightly confusing information on Expedia when booking re spa access as it conflicts with some of the information on the website but wasn't a problem on arrival at the hotel. Overall enjoyed our stay 」

「Only an overnight stay but a very pleasant one. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Large car park with disabled parking close to Reception. Spacious restaurant with good food Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food.」

「環境，房間都是很好的。 包早餐 是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。 覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！ 除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。」

「Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.」
