This was a very conveniently located hotel, a short walk from the station. The staff were all very friendly. Room was a good size and pretty comfortable. There didn’t seem to be much noise outside or in the hotel, but this was a midweek stay in January. Breakfast was fine, with a reasonable selection of cold and some hot choices. Overall well worth the price.

Well located as walkable to everywhere. We had a family room which was disappointingly very different to the booking photos. We were in a basement and so had the noise of the tram, passers by and the apartment above which disturbed our sleep. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. City tax was £20 more per night than expected. This made the room at £250 night with no breakfast quite pricey. Front of house were professional but very unwelcoming and need to learn to smile!

Clean, safe and friendly.staff. very easy and quick walk to central station, and also close to RLD and shopping streets. Good value, room was happily more modern than the hallways. We stayed with a baby and the cot provided was decent quality and we were able to move out buggy and all our bags around the hotel comfortably. Didn't try the breakfast as it was not much better value than eating out. Overall very happy, enjoyable stays, would recommend.
