“We liked the location. The unit needs some updating and paint. Carpet is not our best choice in a unit for cleanliness.”

“Christine's unit is modern, super clean, and contains everything you will need. Parking is extremely convenient, and she even has a utility cart to help when you bring in luggage and groceries. Christine was accommodating for our early arrival and incredibly responsive to questions. Her son works at San Luis and greeted us to give tips for the resort and sightseeing in the area. Other than a trip to the grocery store for food, snacks, and beverages, you never need to leave the luxurious San……

“We have stayed at The Victorian in the past and have always enjoyed it. Check in was easy. Everything was consistent with what is advertised. We like the location and the amenities available. I enjoyed people watching from the first floor but a higher floor does give better unobstructed views of the ocean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room/bathroom situation has always worked for us at a reasonable price. We will definitely come back.”

“The condo is very clean and generally well kept. Location is great. Wonderful views and easy drive to restaurants. Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Minor quibbles: Keurig was not as pictured, and the one on hand did not work properly. I had to hold it shut with both hands to make sure the water went through the pod. Also, if you plan to enjoy some wine, bring your own corkscrew. The one in the condo is pretty useless. Finally, I could not get the……

“We ran away for a 2 night get away. From the balcony back, we watched tankers and cruise ships coming and going and from the front, the beach, the waves and less crowding with much privacy! TV's big in every room for hot part of day! Condo staff so helpful and pool for lovely morning dip was perfect for us. NOT WAY OFF FROM TOWN - TOWN IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER!! Have nothing but 5 stars to give AWESOME!!!”
