“The suites were great. Had a great, small kitchen and separate bedroom which was nice. Air conditioning worked great. Would stay here again.”

“We tried to stay closer to the burial.site but nothing was available. Im glad now! The hotel was more centrally located so the kids were able to take in a Boston game, walk.aroumd Rockport, check out the Fisherman at the Wheel in Gloucester, and tour Salem b4 we headed home. The room had a fridge, a stove top, sink, and dishwasher. Breakfast was included. The kids got in the pool and played basketball. Very nice place”

“The room/unit we were in was above shake shack so you could here the music and noise from the restaurant. Location was great for us though it was Midway between fenway and Boston common in back bay. We took the free logan express bus to back bay and the room was 1 block away. Only $3 to go back to the airport. ”

“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”

“Nice place, good location, easy to reach out for assistance. The lock didn’t work as the instructions stated and our fridge didn’t work, They resolved both the issues during our stay.”

“First, paint peeling in the bathroom. Second, people smoking at the small pool. And someone smoking weed. Third, breakfast was a joke - cold cheese eggs, no meat anywhere, cold waffles that you had to heat up. Come on I paid for better than this. At least we could bring our dog. Oh yeah watch out for dog crap, we cleaned ours up but not so for other people, yuck!”

“It was very convenient as it was close to Northeastern University. Also, the room had an open feel and was comfortable.”

“ It was very important that I called a week ahead to pay for parking and to make sure a lockbox was ready for us when we arrived after midnight when no one was at the main desk. I had to call again before we got on the plane for our lock box code. It was close to the subway entrance. The pool was in a different building and it was closed for maintenance. The main reason I picked this location was the pool for our son, he was very disappointed.”

“We stayed in a two bedroom suite. King sized bed in one room and queen in another. Clean bedding. Pull out couch in the living room had a horrendous mattress so keep that in mind for the unlucky fifth person who needs a place to sleep. Good sized kitchen. Single bathroom with exhaust fan not working and only three towels for family of five. If checking in after hours make sure you go to the main office the next day to rekey your room card. We didn’t know this was needed and ended up locked out……

“Overall a great stay! We were in a Cortes Street property, which was a plus and minus. Plus: beautiful area, close to public transit, reasonably priced, cool old building. Minus: old building that is slanted all over the place inside (the stairs slant one way, the room a different way), closed windows weren’t actually closed due to the old frames, and the rooms are dominated by the large bed, which while very comfortable, in our room prevented the bathroom from opening all the way, giving you……
