“Cute space! Wasn’t too difficult navigating Boston from this location.”

“Pretty street and house. Room a bit pokey but hey: heated bathroom floor! Couldn’t find the light switch for 2 minutes and the walls are thin. Can’t be perfect for such a great price. It suited me great!”

“The location is excellent, and the self-service entry process is relatively easy. The room is tidy but basic, and the bathroom tiny. My biggest issues were the layout (the head of the bed is not against a wall) and the draft/noise (the air con is a window unit, with lots of open gaps around it). Maybe the AC unit gets pulled during winter, but the street noise and draftiness made for a less than restful sleep (though a pack of earplugs were included).”

“A small part of the property is NOT on the courtyard or the beach, it's across the street. When booking on Expedia, this was not clear (to me, at least). The room was fine, but no views and only a slight inconvenience to walk across the street to the courtyard and beach.”

“A quiet, clean place conveniently located near Mid-Cape, 10 minutes from Orleans. Easy check-in and check-out; this was our second stay.”

“This is our 3rd time and we will be back next year. Love the location, the place is perfect we truly enjoy our time. The response time for any questions is great.”
