“I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and……

“Nice place to live (self catering type) but a slop hill of about 25m to walk through if on foot. With 7 day pass, it is easy to travel to Boston city about 40mins. Nearby, get restaurants and 7-11. It is a good place (cost effective) to stay for my Boston marathon and walk around Boston. ”

“Renter beware!! My biggest gripe about this place is the deposit!! I booked our room 7 weeks in advance. They immediately charges my credit card $1500 security deposit! Thats absurd! 7 weeks early. I can understand 3 days ahead but 7 weeks. Then it takes 2 weeks after your trip to get the deposit back. That’s just wrong.
The place was nice and well kept. The shared bathroom is inconvenient. Three bed rooms for one bathroom??? Parking is hopeless, don’t even get me going about that.”
