"My family stayed in this property and we experienced excellent customer service throughout our visit. When we checked in late at night, the front desk lady was very accommodating, addressing all our requests and providing us with helpful information about the area. At breakfast, we were warmly greeted by Ramona whose amazing smile made our morning even better. She handed us our plates and utensils and made sure we had everything we needed. We have never experienced this level of genuine hospitality before. We truly appreciate this wonderful service and we will definitely stay here again! "

"Rafael at the front desk was awesome! My flight arrived super early in the morning and he worked hard to get me room to check in early.... The bed was super comfortable and breakfast was tasty with lots of options. My only complaint was that the curtains did not fully block out the bright lights from the parking lot but I clipped them shut with hangers and laid a towel towel down at the bottom to block the light from below."
