Once you book your nonrefundable stay, they will email you to send them them $500 with Zelle, using “friends and family” as the category. This is not listed anywhere in the process of booking, and it is also against the terms and conditions for Zelle. Find somewhere else to stay.」

「Classical, traditional and old fashion style. The location is great and service is awesome. The hotel offer one bottle of water, then you can refill water for needs. They also give a free drink as a gift that makes customer feel so sweet. The room space is good for 2 people, and there are some pineapple decorations looks so cute. Although some devices are old but everything is great in here. Definitely a good place when visit Chicago next time.」

「Not traditional hotel. Cozy and stylish one. 10 minutes walk to Clake/ Lake CTA station which directly go to airport. A pretty good choice for medium priced accommodation in a high living cost city like Chicago. 」
