「There isn’t an elevator. We stayed at the Shannon Suite (top floor) which was 81 steps. All luggage had to be carried. I would not recommend for elderly.」

「The location is very convenient. Staff members are very helpful and friendly.」

「Thebhotel and room were dated and room air-conditioning was poor. The sink in the hand bath was blocked and water ran slow. Toom is a bit dark. For almost 500 pounds a night i woild stay in the Premium inn next」

「Good location, edge of the tourist area, quiet and nice. Very trendy hotel room and very clean, bed was very comfortable. Amazing hotel and want me to try other locations with the IHG brand. Only negative was no refrigerator.」

「Breakfast is good, except my room was a bit noisy」

「Friendly staff and close to city centre. Nice and neat room.」

「A real gem in the heart of Temple bar. A 2 minute walk to the temple bar pub, Ha penny bridge and no more than 10 minutes to trinity college, molly malone or love lane. If sightseeing is your plan then its location is perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again」
