Excellent property and location on AMI. Perfect beach access. Beautifully appointed home, very comfortable and well laid out. Plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. Outside space is an added bonus with a pool and large seated area.

We loved this house. It was super clean and the location was amazing. (There is a path to Holmes Beach at the end of the street. It was the best!) The pictures of this property show two sets of bunkbeds in the loft. I chose this property because of the number of beds. We needed the 4 separate bunk beds. However, when we got to the house there was one bunk bed (a twin over full) with a trundle. The rental company was super helpful by providing us an air mattress and extra bedding but I was disappointed that we needed an air mattress in the first place. Other than that, the house was wonderful and we had an incredible vacation.

Soccer Showcase Trip

Great house with plenty of room. Nice safe neighborhood and just a few blocks to the beach. We struggled with the front door lock, but eventually got it to work. Very response customer service.

The overall stay was fantastic, but if i could make some suggestions it would be to update the dishwasher and dryer; neither worked adequately. The kitchen needs a few more essentials like larger bowls, lids that fit appropriately on pans, barware, etc. The plus of this house was the air conditioner=100% which is an A+ for our hot natured family and considering that the temps were 99 degrees in July. Overall.... I would stay there again.

Fabulous

House was exactly like pictured. Very easy walk to the beach. A lot of chairs to bring with you. We also took their suggestion for renting a golf cart which made seeing the island a lot easier. Very nice service that they bring you the golf cart and they pick it up Overall fabulous trip

Bachelorette party!

Loved the house but it’s not facing the water like it seemed in the picture. It’s a close walk but not ocean views. House was clean and large good amount of bathrooms and so much space. Perfect time to go but unfortunately there was a storm so we had to make new plans but overall great experience. Hot tub worked and not much hot water as far as showers go but very happy

Birthday Getaway!

We loved this property! It was the perfect spot for our family to celebrate two back-to-back birthdays! We filled the house with two adults and four teenagers; they loved the pool area, ping pong table and pool table. The adults loves the out door living space and grill for dinners at home. The house was in a wonderful location; we could walk to the beach and the little shopping area. All in all, we loved it and cannot wait to return!

Great location and plenty of space

Overall this house was perfect for a weekend away. We had plenty of space and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. Another plus was the amazing location just a short walk to the beach and a short ride to the downtown area. The pool was fantastic and we spent most of our weekend playing outside. My one complaint would be that the tile floors throughout the house were very dirty and could use a good steaming. I would definitely recommend this property!

When Serendipity (an Anna Maria Island vacation rental company) canceled our reservation the day before arrival with no explanation, we were left scrambling to find a nice home for our family vacation. AMI was right there to help out with an easy booking process. Upon arrival, the stove, coffee pot, and grill didn't work. They were quick to send someone out to fix all but the coffee pot. We sent a message everyday asking for the coffee pot, but it never came. Mattresses need flipped or new, because there is a for sure dip that we all noticed in our beds. Other than that, it was a great property. You truly are a short walk to the beach. Plenty of parking and space for our family.

Soccer tournament stay

Property was beautiful, spacious and clean. We stayed or a soccer tournament with a few players and parents. Excellent location and extras such as pool, hot tub, ping pong were amazing. Could use a few more dinner plates and perhaps a few extras in the kitchen such as cooking spray, simple seasonings (salt/pepper) to get you started. And mattresses need to be upgraded. Overall the house was amazing and we would definitely stay there again.

Family Christmas on Anna Maria Island FL

This house was perfect for our family of 11. Plenty of room that we didn’t stumble over each other. The open kitchen and family room was great for us all to be together.

Great location and outdoor space, could be better equipped

This house was just as listed as far as layout and space which was great! Nice, quiet dead end street close to beach, just a few minutes walk. We were there in off-season (October), but we were usually the only ones on that part of the beach. Great outdoor pool space, however, the jacuzzi did not work our entire stay. Maintenance came out a few days into the trip and said the pool company needed to be called, but we never saw them before check out. Kitchen could be better equipped- lack of hand towels, garbage bags, foil, coffee filters and low grade dish soap. As far as cleanliness, we had ants in the kitchen and mildew in showers and on upstairs bathroom wall. The grill was broken so we never got to use that during our stay. Lastly, the beds could use new mattresses, they sunk in the middle and folded you up like a taco. I know the rental company is new-ish so hopefully they can take these considerations into account because it's a great property and location for a multi family vacation.

Holmes Beach Home

This home was beautiful...clean..and website was perfect description. We were a short walking distance from the beach. There were no complaints from my family. I should have asked for early check in..not sure if they do that. We all flew in and really had no place to go and couldn't get in one minute before 4. That is their policy so may have to come up with different plan in the future. Overall...this place was perfect.

AWESOME PROPERTY

This property was more beautiful than the photos. Our entire party of 10 loved the house and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Convenient walk to the beach. Loved the back yard oasis! Staff was very courteous, helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Definitely recommend this house and we hope to stay again in the future. Love, love this house!

Worn out rental

AMI was beautiful and we will definitely be back. The property we stayed in needed some TLC. The pictures used to advertise the place were from the real estate listing back in 2020. The couches and dining chairs were gross. The love seat was falling apart. Every shower has a bunch of mold in it. The house was cleaned quickly before we got there. The master toilet didn’t flush well. We tried to get that fixed and never heard back from anyone. The kitchen is not well equipped. This could be a great beach house if a little effort was put into the upkeep. Way over priced for what you get.

Nice one!

Great location, easy walk to lovely beach; fair beach toys/umbrellas/chairs. Minor mechanical problems (ice maker did not work, AC variable), and frustrated that pool was not heated first two days. Overall super nice property.

Excellent property with very good access to beach. House beautifully decorated

Great house- easy access to great beach and loved the pool and hot tub as well as pool table and ping pong table. Ana maria island is a beautiful vacation destination. House had lots of room for everyone. One suggestion - Some kitchen amenities would have been helpful and we have had them with other VRBO rentals - simple things like aluminum wrap, plastic wrap, enough paper towels and garbage bags. These are things that would cost minimal amounts to owner but make a significant difference when lacking.

Week Long Stay

We stayed for a week at the property. Everything was fantastic! The property was very well cleaned, pool was fantastic and the beach was steps away. Would definitely stay at the house again.
