Lovely Vacation Spot

We recently stayed here to celebrate my niece’s 18th birthday. The house fit 9 of us with plenty of room. We all slept comfortably and lounged comfortably as well. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool clean and we were just 2 blocks from the beach. They had floats and a wagon and beach chairs and boogie boards to use and the location was perfect. We were within walking distance to many little shops and restaurants and truly enjoyed our stay.

Modern/New 5 Bedroom Family Home 1 Block from Pine Ave

Well appointed, furnished modern house just 1 block from the main Pine Avenue in the very north of Anna Maria island. 5 minute walk from restaurants, cafes, and the beach. Has a nice sized pool screened off from neighbors with lush palm trees. Has SEVERAL entertainment spaces with the patio living space, screened off patio and dining space, and indoor living and dining spaces. Plus 5 Bedrooms! House had beach chairs and umbrella in the garage for use. There was one minor issue with the dryer the last day, but the management company were very quick to send a tech out to fix. Very responsive. Even though they couldn't fix the issue, they were very agreeable to issuing a compensation credit. Highly recommend!

The house is ideal for a large group that wants to enjoy all the amenities of Anna Maria. It's steps away from Pine Ave and all the shops and restaurants that you'd want to visit. It's also only a few blocks away from a number of public beach accesses as well. We would definitely book this house again in the future.

Great Property

We found the overall property to be just as it was described. It was clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The kitchen utensils could probably be updated/expanded ahead of the season but the pots and pans, and dishes were just fine. There is no door in the Master bedroom between the bed room and the bathroom that some might find a bit uncomfortable.

Perfect Location!

We could not have asked for a better location to spend the week with our kids! We had two adults and four teenagers and there was plenty of space for everyone to sprawl out and relax! The pool area was beautiful and got great sunlight, but still had shaded areas to escape the suns rays when we needed to and everyone loved the outdoor shower. The house was right around the corner from Pine Avenue, which has so many cute shops, restaurants, and ice cream options. We rarely used our car and biked around the island all week. We would mostly definitely rent this great house again!

Great beach house

We had a perfect time staying at this house. Very close walk to beach and Pine st. Loved the outdoor living space. That was our favorite place to eat and hang out. Also the screened in porch was perfect. Few things we didn’t like. Full on construction of the house right next to outdoor pool and porch made the daytime relaxing pool time not possible. It was loud banging and construction equipment, pretty much from 8am-3:30pm. I know the property doesn’t get notified if there is construction regardless it was something that impacted our stay. 2nd the kitchen was great however the dishwasher needs to either be serviced or cleaned or something. It wouldn’t wash any dishes well after we ran the dishwasher. It’s old and it needs some love. Overall great stay and we would probably stay again.

A beautiful experience

This was our first time visiting AMI and we couldn’t have picked a better location with this house. The house was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, only a couple blocks from the beach and close to lots of cute restaurants and shops. We stayed for five days with my husband, our two children (ages 2 and 10 months), and my in-laws, and we were seriously trying to figure out a way to stay longer. The view from the rooftop is gorgeous and there are so many lovely patios and sitting places. We had a chilly weekend so didn’t get to use the pool as much as we would have liked. Our only complaint is that our last day when it warmed up just enough to swim the heater in the pool wasn’t working and my two year old was so disappointed. We called to have it fixed but no one came out until the evening when it was too late and cold to swim. Other than that everything was amazing. We would 100% stay at this house again and recommend it to others.

The Big 50

Very nice home, only complaint was the towels. Would like to see larger bath towels and mote of them but by all means not a deal breaker. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

LOCATION!!

This house is in the best spot on AMI! So convenient to everything we wanted to do... I don't think we got in our car one time during our trip! It's right around the corner from Pine Street (lots of shops and restaurants) and only a couple blocks from the beach. Quick walk! The house is really pretty too, my favorite place was the screened in porch that overlooks the pool. We played cards out there at night and had the best time. Great Trip, Great House, can't wait to come again!
