"Property was excellent. Was great that we had air-conditioning during the heat. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need. Bathrooms were clean. Enough beds and rooms to sleep 8, not including the pull out couch to make it 10. Extra bonus was gated community. Only 10 minutes from lake Anna swimming and boating."

"This property was super convenient for us. Walking to lake Anna tap room and the creamery/coffee shop. Also other choices Vito’s and a Crab place. The house had all that we needed and was clean. Wish we could have solved the remote not pairing to the tv and the one in the main bedroom not working. Just a checkout list would be helpful as well."

"This property was nice and worked well for our family that included 3 small children they enjoyed the game room and a TV in every room. The house was very clean and close to the lake. The covered boat dock was convenient to the condo and such a nice addition to keep your boat on the property. The only complaint we had was when we got the information for check in and out, they stated trash would be picked up. But upon arrival on the fridge there was a notice stating that trash had to be taken to the recycle area in Mineral down the road over 3 miles away. When you are cleaning up to leave there is always some trash and having to take it with you or go to the dump again. I just think this information needs to be clear in the rental agreement."

"The property was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. It is very close (walking distance) to great restaurants and pub. The proximity to the lake was terrific. The lake views are partially blocked by trees, but still has a view of the lake. My only complaint would be that renters are responsible for all trash removal and the dump area is several miles away!! For the "fees" associated with the rental, the trash should be handled by the cleaning staff."
