Tolle Lage, tolles Haus

Kleiner Tipp vorweg: checkt eure Schneeketten und nehmt sie mit! Wir waren mit 2 Familien über den Jahreswechsel im Haus. Und wir waren begeistert vor allem von der Lage auch innerhalb des Feriendorfes selbst. Denn ein Sessellift der Annaberger Skischaukel geht 20 Meter vom Haus entlang. Der kleine Ziehweg zum Hang liegt in Spuckweite. Bisserl geübt muss man sein, sonst ist der Weg zurück etwas zu anspruchsvoll. Wir hatten viel Schnee. Es war der Traum. Das Haus selbst liegt in einem Feriendorf dass sich über einem Nordhang erstreckt. Bedeutet Sonne war am Haus nicht so viel. Aber der Skihang auf der anderen Talseite hatte selbst im Dezember super viel Sonne. Skigebiet ist super schön. Gute Infrastruktur. Kaum Schlangen. Absolut zu empfehlen!Ausstattung war absolut in Ordnung und Einrichtung super gemütlich. Riesige Spielesammlung und Fernseher inkl. Netflix. Zum Thema Schneeketten: die Anfahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil. Und wenn da Schnee liegt, ist es nur mit Winterreifen riskant. Bei zwei Autos ist der zweite Parkplatz recht weit. Das ist etwas ungünstig. Aber am Ende alles machbar. Kleine Feedback: Klopapier mussten wir nachkaufen, Handseife auch. Das müsste eigentlich immer ausreichend da sein. Ist ja auch kein Schnäppchen.Fazit: zum Skifahren in großer Gruppe ein Traum. Danke!

Gemütlichs Chalet mit Nähe zum Skigebiet

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche und ein gemütliches Weihnachtsfest im Chalet. Es bietet alles was eine achtköpfige Familie benötigt und liegt nur zwei Gehminuten zur Piste. Wir kommen gerne wieder, Danke!

Schönes Haus in Feriendorf

Wir haben uns in dem Haus auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Alles erforderliche war vorhanden, die Ausstattung umfangreich. Das Haus liegt in einem Feriendorf aber ganz oben am Rand. Es war sehr ruhig und angenehm.

Tolle Lage mit Abstrichen in der Ausstattung

Insgesamt war es eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus. Aber die teilweise abgewirtschafte Küchenausstattung, der schlechte WLAN Empfang in den oberen Räumen und auf der Terasse und die teilweise fehlende Sauberkeit (Hunde oder Katzenhaare auf den Sofas, Spinnenweben und Staub in diversen Ecken und Schubläden) dämpften die Urlsaubsfreude ein wenig. Trotzdem verlebten wir 10 wunderschöne Tage an diesem Ort. Man ist ja auch anpassungsfähig und flexibel. Und der grandiose Blick auf die Berge entschädigte vieles.

Unser Urlaub war sehr schön, bis auf das Regenwetter. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Der Zettel mit Aufschrift P 23 war nicht im Haus und Salz für den Geschirrspüler fehlte. Nach Salzauffüllung blinkte immer noch ein Zeichen. Haus würde ich weiter empfehlen.

Winterurlaub in Annaberg März 2022

Wir waren im März 2022 in Familie (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) zum Skiurlaub in dieser Hütte. Sie hat einen wundervollen Standort. Liegt sehr nah neben der Piste. Die Hütte bietet sehr viel Platz, ein Raumwunder (gemeinsame Wohnbereich - Küche, Essbereich und "Wohnzimmer"bereich). Die Schlafräume sind sehr großzügig und schön. Gute Grundausstattung vorhanden und Spiele für die Beschäftigung.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, es war alles da, was man braucht. Am tollsten war der tägliche Blick von der Terasse auf die Berge. Einfach traumhaft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Een mooi net huis met 4 prima slaapkamers en twee badkamers wat erg fijn is. Uitzicht is prachtig! Keuken is erg uitgebreid met vaatwasser over en magnetron. Ook de hangmat is erg leuk! Omgeving is super, genoeg te doen en de supermarkt is vlakbij (wel met de auto).

Sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter, Super schönes Chalet wie auf den Bildern in Traumlage an der Piste. Bei Schneefall unbedingt an Schneeketten denken! (Info fehlt in der Beschreibung)

Nettes Häuschen in sehr schöner Lage.

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Mädels und unseren Hund für 10 Tage hier. Alle fühlten sich wohl. Es ist alles da was man für ein paar Tage Urlaub so benötigt. Wir sind gute Matratzen mit einen guten Lattenrost gewohnt, diese fehlten uns doch sehr. Aber es gibt echt schlimmere Betten, sie sind für ein paar Tage Urlaub so möglich. Man ist neben der Donnerkogelbahn, Mountenbiken, Wandern alles vor der Haustüre möglich. Viele andere Möglichkeiten für Tagesausflüge sind ebenfalls in der Nähe und in ein paar Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar.

30. Geburtstag- Tolles Erlebnis & Aufenthalt

Es war alles wunderbar. Wir hatten eine super erholsame Zeit mitten in der Natur und in den Bergen, einfach herrlich. Tolle Unterkunft, man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. Wir waren 6 Personen und hierfür war das Häuschen perfekt. Eine super Spieleauswahl ist vor Ort, die gut bei uns zum Einsatz kam ;)

Urlaub wie er sein sollte

Wir (7 Erwachsene und 2 Babys) hatten eine Woche im sehr schönen Chalet von Frau McDonald verbracht. Mittlerweile blicken wir auf eine mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Organisation von Skiurlauben zurück und können sagen, dass wir sehr positiv überrascht waren! Alle Angaben haben ausnahmslos gestimmt. Es waren alle Utensilien vorhanden, die man in einer Selbstversorgerhütte benötigt und die wir woanders vermisst haben oder selbst organisieren mussten. Hierzu zählten: - Holz für den Ofen - Schneidebretter - Scheren - Spülmaschinen-Tabs (das hatten wir noch nie!) - Spiele, Spiele und noch mehr Spiele (überwiegend sehr aktuelle) - Bettwäsche - Handtücher - etc. (ich könnte so weitermachen!) Die Ausstattung der Räume war sehr gut und modern und wir hatten keinerlei Probleme mit irgendwelchem Equipment. Da das Warmwasser über einen Umlaufgasboiler erhitzt wird, dauert es ein paar Sekunden, bis wirklich warmes Wasser aus der Leitung kommt, aber das ist verschmerzbar. Die Fussbodenheizung im Erdgeschoss war sehr angenehm, die Heizlüfter in den Bädern funktionierten einwandfrei und sind sehr gut geeignet, um den Raum schnell für einen Windelwechsel zu wärmen. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für unsere Ansprüche erstklassig: Der Weg zur und von der Piste war selbst bei schwierigen Schneebedingungen sehr kurz. Die Sauna im Zentralgebäude bei der Rezeption ist für die Größe der Wintersiedlung angemessen und es wurde sogar eine Aufguß-Mixtur zur Verfügung gestellt (auch nicht selbstverständlich). Entfernung knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Abgerundet wurde die Urlaubswoche durch eine wunderschöne Aussicht und (auch nicht selbstverständlich) ein einwandfrei funktionierendes WLAN/WiFi. Einzig die Verfügbarkeit lediglich eines regulären Parkplatzes für die Unterkunft kann als Nachteil erwähnt werden. Da es aber in ein paar hundert Metern Entfernung einen Zentralparkplatz für weitere Fahrzeuge gibt und wir unsere Autos fast nicht benötigt haben, war uns das eigentlich egal. Im Namen unserer kleinen Reisegruppe möchte ich mich für die schöne Urlaubswoche bei der Vermieterin bedanken; es wird nicht unser letzter dort gewesen sein! Herzliche Grüße

Wunderbar

Wir hatten wieder eine Wundervolle Woche in Annaberg. Das Haus bietet alles was an braucht, jede menge Gesellschaftsspiele, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Es ist alles da um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)

Perfekte Lage für Wandertouren

Das Haus war super sauber und die Küche überraschend vielseitig ausgestattet. Es war zum Kochen einfach alles vorhanden, das war großartig. Außerdem sind faszinierend viele Spiele im Wohnzimmer zu finden, sodass man nicht mal für Regentage mit den Kindern vorsorgen muss. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses war für unsere Wandertouren perfekt - Schuhe an und rauf auf die Berge. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage!
