"Upon entering the entire stay was a 10. The valet, seperate, were very courteous. The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and was very festive. The room was clean and very roomy. The location could not have been better, directly across from the State Capital building and a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance..including the Naval Academy. We are coming back next year for another Christmas in Annapolis."

"Everything was excellent except the poor choices at breakfast, no fresh fruit or bread to toast. Lobby and breakfast area were not warm enough."

"Clean, fully equipped and great walkable access to downtown. Off street parking in rear of building. Hosts very communicative and some nice touches of gift bags and snacks waiting for us to arrive. Very thoughtfully and made for a welcoming stay."
