「Encontrar este magnífico hotel ha sido un oasis de paz y tranquilidad.Con un servicio inmejorable de 5 estrellas, todo el equipo recepción, restaurante, mozos, seguridad han superado cualquier experiencia previa en todo mi vida y soy una persona exigente.Las habitaciones necesitan algo de mantenimiento pero todo lo demás supera con creces. 「Stays at Raffles was a truly beyond expectation experiences. All staffs are friendly and well trained. The hotel location is definitely a point up. 「Close to beach, the hotel is artistically tasteful. But the WiFi reception is really bad. You need a voucher to access the wifi and the voucher code gets invalid easily. I asked at least 4 vouchers. Also for the superior room, you are sharing your balcony with your neighbors. They only use a small bamboo partition to divide. This poses potential security risk. We never used our balcony for the entire time because our neighbors are always there. 」

「Alt var helt perfekt. Følte oss så hjemme. Havbris inn på veranda. Nydelig frojist og middag. Busstopp innat rommet. Anbefaler! Kommer gjerne tilbake」

「Allt var bra på Palm beach hotel: mycket vänlig och serviceinriktad personal. Rent och välordnat på både rummet och i allmänna utrymmen. Vi hade ingen bil men blev guidade runt ön av mycket sympatisk man som hotellet ordnade. 」

「Sehr gute Lage, um die Insel zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad (empfohlen) zu erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt neben der Unterkunft. Apartements hervorragend (tolle Ausstattung, großes Bad, liebevolle Einrichtung). Alles in einem wunderschönen Garten eingebettet. Man fühlt sich fast als Teil der Insel. Stephan als Manager der Anlage mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Toller Empfang und quasi immer da und ansprechbar! Rundum empfehlenswert! Wir kommen gerne wieder!」

「lots of facilities were not work after check in. I was told the massage bathtub was not in serve, what a pity! My wife was attracted at first view by the photo of bathtub they showed online, that’s the reason why we booked this suite. 「Beautiful property with large, well-maintained rooms and kitchen. Sager, the property Manager, was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Despite being opposite the main beach, a 1-minute walk led to a private beach where I caught a stunning sunset. Highly recommend!」
