「At first, everything was great. Cute pool area, air conditioning was fantastic, nice room set up. We had an issue with the shower drainage, but that was fixed the next day. Communication via WhatsApp with whoever was on the other end was super fast and helpful. However, front desk wasn’t as helpful with our needs. And at times we felt ignored. 「Stays at Raffles was a truly beyond expectation experiences. All staffs are friendly and well trained. The hotel location is definitely a point up. The hotel manager also held a cocktail evening, a perfect chance for us to meet all the management group and had a chance to talk with other hotel guests.」
