“Very disappointing experience. Expedia’s listing was misleading because it did not clearly state that the pool was shared. I booked this villa expecting a private pool, but that was not what I received. The villa was also very dirty and poorly maintained. The kitchen equipment was in terrible condition—the frying pan was heavily worn and dirty, and some of the dishes were chipped and damaged. “Wow what an amazing holiday we had at this beautiful villa. It has a view to die for!!! We had no issue with anything. The communication with mustafa and his team was faultless even down to asking for a chopping board which was delivered to the property within the hour. We had fresh water delivered on request and a direct number for a taxi driver. Taxis are necessary as you are high up but that is why the view is so spectacular. “Most enjoyable stay at this lovely villa for my family and friends. We have stayed in a few very nice villas in Kalkan but this was our favourite and ticked all the boxes for our stay. The view is spectacular and a lovely distance walk into town downhill in the evening. “Everything was great, and just as described, both on the property website and in the reviews.Cengiz was on hand when needed (in our case only on arrival and departure), and happily organised both the starter pack and the airport taxis.As other reviewers have said, you really do need a taxi for the ascent out of town. “Sehr schöne Villa mit einem tollen Ausblick. Straße zur Villa sehr steil, aber mit Taxi gut zu erreichen. Jeden Tag frisches Brot geliefert bekommen. Sehr gut hat uns die Zwischenreinigung gefallen. Für ältere Menschen sind die vielen Stufen (auch auf der Terrasse) vielleicht nicht so gut, aber ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.”
