「It was a beautiful place. As soon as you entered everything was so decorated with a purpose. The lap pool was beautifully placed. The staff was always available and sweet. Location, location, location. You were close to everything. In the corner a bar with a great salsa music. 」

The owner wrote me a beautiful note welcoming me, and it was made even better with the sweet treats that she provided me from her bakery. I will always stay at the Tree House Hotel when in Mérida. The customer service rivals any of the big hotels. They even remembered that I liked bacon. Sounds insignificant but it meant a lot to me. Stay, you'll thank me later. 💕」

Our hosts Griselda, Sonia & Denise were very helpful with ideas for restaurants, things to see and private drivers. There are so many good restaurants! Breakfast was delightful including home-made banana bread, though we mostly ate light. 」

「All the staff, from the owners to office staff and breakfast room staff, were courteous and helpful. The breakfast options were delicious. Our room, Los DosToros on the second floor, was large with a sitting area and storage. There is a towel rack in the bathroom, not just hooks, so your towels can actually dry. All areas were attractively decorated. The central location is ideal for walking to great restaurants, parks, churches and markets. Parking is provided about a block away. If...
