“I arrived as part of a group of about 25 persons. The check-in process was chaotic and it seems that the Front Desk did not adequately resourced itself to efficiently deal with new arrivals. There is really no excuse for this, since they would have had prior notice of arrivals. The property is a dated and it was evident that they working to maintain and improve the looks. “Very friendly staff and a perfect relaxing vacation, private plunge pool is definitely on our must have list for now on. Would recommend Cocobay and will probably return here for another trip!”

The resort is lovely if you aren’t looking for an extravagant amount of things to do and to just relax. They do however have excursions for additional fees. If you are looking to just lay on a beach, this is not the resort for you. The view is beautiful from a beachfront room however, you can’t go and walk on to it and lay nor go into the water. “Room was clean and well appointed. Kitchen had everything! Location was perfect, literally steps to the beach. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating.”

“We loved the peaceful beach and sparkling clear water. The food, much of it grown on the property, was good and the restaurant staff did everything to ensure the guests were happy. The last time we visited Galley Bay was 14 years ago and it was even better than we remembered.”
