“Four days before my arrival, I contacted the resort to let them know I would be celebrating my birthday and requested that my room be decorated. When I arrived a little after 12:00 p.m., I waited nearly three hours for my room to be ready, and it still wasn't decorated. I was told it would be done the following day, but it never happened. “The staff especially Stella,Deanna and Jason were great. The food was great however they kept running short on food items and liquor. It appears that this resort rations off food liquor and supplies based on the season and/or time of day(if they are about to close). This is not the staffs fault but they have to take the backlash from the guest. Our rooms were not cleaned everyday and not restocked appropriately. “We stayed in deluxe plung pool cottage. Very clean rooms. Property is well manicured and absolutely gorgeous with all types of tropical flowers in bloom. Variety of foods on menu and food was good. View from anywhere on property is breathtaking. Beaches are beautiful. Staff members go above and beyond anywhere I've ever stayed. They're amazing. Just go....you won't be disappointed”

“The hotel itself was ok, the staff was excellent, the seclusion was perfect and the view from your room is peaceful. However I strongly suggest to rent a car as it is easily 30 to 40 mins away from any excursion and paying a taxi daily will become extremely expensive. The food was ok, we enjoyed their BBQ buffet night(the fish and spinach rice) and their breakfasts.
