“I had high hopes for a welcoming and hospitable experience at this resort, but unfortunately, the staff seemed more preoccupied with cleaning than with being friendly and approachable. The food was decent, but I would appreciate more variety. The drinks were also lacking in quality. Perhaps there are unhappy employees, as the customer service could definitely use improvement. On the bright side, the beach was probably the best part of the resort. ”

“Good in many respects but our timing was bad. Apparently spring is the time when sargassum weeds move in. The beach at the property (and anywhere on the north and east side of whole island was unusable). They clean things up but it takes a few days and we never even got to walk on the beach. Housekeeping could be more prompt (they tried to make it up after I complained). Property in general was good but for the price paid I am not sure it is best value.”
