「We loved our stay at Hawksbill. The food was excellent for an AI property. The king bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We had a garden view room, mini fridge stocked with drinks (2 beers, 2 OJ's, 2 cokes, 2 sprites and 2 waters) and room cleaned daily. The beaches on the property were top notch. The poor level of service and hospitality we received at this property has tarnished our view of the Marriot brand. The lack of regard for guests and their experience was deplorable.
