It’s close to many things like Victoria Gardens, Ontario Airport, grocery stores, freeway access, etc. The property manager is easy to get in contact with and is responsive and helpful. The check-in and checkout process is straightforward. I would stay again."

We actually enjoyed skiing Snow Summit more than Bear mountain because most of Bear Mountain was set up for Snowboard freestyle park runs and we were all skiing. "This condo is as close to snow summit as you can get. We loved that. There’s even a place to hang your boards inside the house! The communication was amazing. I wouldn’t say the couch or chairs are comfortable so we didn’t do much sitting around. The hot water didn’t seem to get very hot. Maybe it takes a really long time to come through. Over all the location is perfect for being close to the runs."

"Bigger and more well-appointed than expected! A few small hiccups were addressed quickly by management (listing initially said that one of the bedroom had 2 twins, which turned out to be a queen). Convenient to slopes at Bear Mountain, but too far to walk to the lifts for our 5 year-old, especially with gear. The area behind the unit was perfect for playing in the snow. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!"

"Great Location, Close to the Village. Parking was convenient and abundant. We got snowed in a bit and the unit had all the right elements to make it comfortable. My kids loved the retro Arcade Game. Kitchen was well stocked and efficient for any cooking needs. Appliances were all working. A few niggles with hardware that needed maintenance and a few spots missed by the cleaners. Overall this place is great. I can't wait to come back in the summer."

"We had a great time on our family getaway at this charming little cabin. The location is amazing, my husband and son were able to bike in a couple minutes to the bottom of Snow Summit and the walk was only 5 min for me. Everything you want to access in Big Bear is no more than a 5 min drive. The house overall is clean and decorated nicely. My 5yr old loved the Pac Man game and bunkbeds in his room! We couldn't get the netflix to work but the cable was fine for our short stay. Thanks!"

"House is a great size for a family. Games in living room were a hit. But the place was just not clean. Property manager was great and offered to send someone to clean but I feel like when you pay that much for a rental the least they can do is make sure the house is clean BEFORE you arrive. Both sliding doors for the shower were broken, hubby fixed them and also let the property manager know what to buy to fix it long term. The dishes, pans, cups were all dirty. "There’s plenty of paces to sleep. But 4 of the beds are twins, so I would not recommend those beds for adult males. The master has a king bed, and there is also a pullout upstairs. The kitchen desperately needs new pots and pans. Most of them I wouldn’t trust to cook in. The location is great."
