Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to this house annually for over 10 years. I believe it to be the nicest house in the area. The owner has gone first-class on a recent remodel. The house has always been clean and the amenities plentiful. Cheshire has always been professional, polite and responsive. I say "responsive", but generally I have contact with them twice: check-in and check-out. This is because they have prepared the house so well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of eight thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at 820 Via Gaviota. We have rented houses before but nothing can compare to the lower level of this property - the kitchen and family room were super spacious and accommodated all of us very comfortably. The deck was large and well furnished and had a set of community stairs that led right onto the beach. The property was very clean and well maintained. Cheshire staff were very friendly and professional answering any questions we had.The only thing missing was closet space on the second floor but we adapted using closets on the main level. I would definitely recommend this property. We tried new restaurants and found a playground called Leo's Haven for our two young grandchildren. This was a special property.

This home is absolutely beautiful, newly modernized, panoramic views, amazing, large patio for family, gatherings. can’t beat the location, to the left you can go for a 20 minute walk and have lunch at Seascape, or to the right walk down to shipwreck Beach and have lunch at Pixie deli. Gorgeous house gorgeous view.!
