Ideal Get-Away Place

Perched on a hill and looking out to sea, this is an amazing location with serene privacy for vacationing family. Thinking of returning soon.

Gorgeous and quiet home

Definitely a home we would want to rent for a longer period in the future. It was well equipped and great for our family. Love location near Nisene Marks and so close to the beach. It was beautiful and clean.

Luxury Get Away

Our family found this to be the perfect location for a wedding weekend in the Santa Cruz region. Views were amazing as the sun rose in the am and amenities were ideal. Great spot to explore Aptos and Santa Cruz and then spend quiet time at the end of the day. Wonderful hosts and a definite 5 star!

We had a great time at this house. It was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. I was impressed by how well-equipped the kitchen was. We did a lot of cooking, and it had everything we needed. Even tupperware for leftovers, which I almost never see at rental houses. The location was very quiet and peaceful, and the views from the deck and the glass sliding door surrounding the livingroom on three sides were gorgeous. We saw deer, turkeys, hawks, and rabbits, in addition to all of the songbirds right from the yard. Be prepared for a steep drive up hill, though.
