“We had a great experience staying at New Level Hotel - Alshisha. The staff and front desk were extremely helpful throughout our stay — always friendly and responsive. While the hotel doesn’t seem to offer daily room service by default, the team was quick to act whenever we requested room cleaning, fresh sheets, or trash removal. Every request was met without hesitation, which we really appreciated.
