"The hotel was great. Rooms were clean and functional. Small, but that’s normal for Japan. Staff was excellent and helpful. Location was great. Close to the train station and easy to get around and access to food and shopping. The only gripe I had was even though the breakfast buffet states they close at 10am, they actually stop serving and taking away food at 9:30. This was not told to me when we paid for the buffet at 9:15. If we had known we only had 15 min to get food and eat, we would have opted for an alternative breakfast."
"Maybe the best shower I've used anywhere. Breakfast was very reasonable, one hot egg dish plus breads, salad, fruit and yogurt and drinks buffet. Western food in the restaurant, fun music and atmosphere throughout. Beds were comfy, best hotel of our trip."
"Spotless. Decent size for Japan. But you need to move around furniture if you have large suitcases. Book the room with 2 beds if you want more space!"
"
One of the most unique and memorable hotels we’ve ever stayed at. You walk around without shoes, which immediately sets a calming, authentic Japanese atmosphere. The onsen was wonderful, and the breakfast was hands down the best we’ve ever had—an incredible variety and beautifully prepared. Most importantly, the staff especially in the dining room, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay truly special. Our kids had a wonderful time. We would absolutely stay here again."
"Staff where very welcoming always
Staff take the time to explain the facilities of tbe hotel . Including the washing machine service provide.
Could not fault the room it was spotless, fresh towels daily with cleaning.
Great location , close to transport and restaurants "
"Clean hotel. Good location. Ok free dinner and breakfast which are miles better than most Hampton Inns (if you travel to US you know what I mean). Cleanliness would be 9 compared to Hampton Inn which would be around 6 (I am generous here). I spent about 120-150 nights in hotels world wide each year so I know a little. The only downside is the small space of the rooms. Then again, you can pay 4x or more and stay in Hilton’s or Marriott (I am top tier at both). "
