非常的棒，第一次住到房間裡"同時"有廚房和洗衣機。離京都站和燒肉弘很近，附近也有AEON，當晚懶得找餐廳，直接去AEON買和牛回來煮。我還用破英文麻煩櫃台幫我取消預定，真的非常好。 給住客建議: 1.樓層不高，只有4層樓，想住高樓看風景不適合住這。 2.洗衣機用洗衣模式就好，不要洗衣加烘乾，時間長達5個多小時，而且冬天放厚重衣服洗加烘乾，保證整晚吵不停不用睡覺，所以只要洗衣1.5小時，室內掛6-8小時就會全乾。 以下希望飯店可以改進 1.浴室的洗髮精、沐浴乳、潤絲精，如果可以固定在牆邊會更好，不然會不小心碰到一直掉到浴缸裡。 2.廚房餐具有點少，只有盤子、刀叉和筷子，但卻沒有碗。 3.衣架只有4個太少，既然有洗衣機，部分房客會洗衣，至少應該給6-8個衣架會比較合理。 4.枕頭2顆都有點高，應該給一高一低，依住客習慣可以選擇，但是2顆枕頭換著睡都睡不好，而且不只我，整個家人都睡不好，枕頭應該要換掉。 以上 總結 以上4個缺點，除了枕頭以外，其他都是可以接受的缺點，所以如果下次還有機會，我依然會選這間飯店入住，前提是換個好點的枕頭。

I had an amazing stay at eph KYOTO. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well designed, and the amenities were thoughtful and practical. Our room was nice and clean. I was surprised of how spacious the room was. They even had a Dyson hairdryer! Toiletries and pjs was provided. In the reception area, you can grab additional toiletries, face lotions and masks. We would definitely come back and stay here.
