“Das Hotel liegt nahe am Flughafen, was praktisch ist, allerdings auch Fluglärm mit sich bringt. Die Anlage ist sehr groß, und die Einrichtungen des Schwesterhotels Casa de Playa können mitgenutzt werden. Außerhalb des Hotels gibt es außer einem Minimarkt auf der anderen Straßenseite und 1-2 Restaurants wenig, was man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Zudem wird einem davon abgeraten, das Hotel zu Fuß zu verlassen. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß mit guten Ablagemöglichkeiten. Auch das Bad ist geräumig und……

“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……
