“La piscina estaba en obra y el restaurante estaba cerrado. No vuelvo.”

“Very beautiful location”

“Excellent service and beautiful hotel”

“Sits on a beautiful stretch of a beach but the hotel is extremely outdated and the rooms are small with tiny balconies. Cracked tiles, skinks and furniture. Dining is limited and not the best. Limited water sports and not much to do for kids. Staff is very nice and helpful.”

“This hotel was beautiful. The service was great the food was great the beach and pool areas were great. I have zero complaints.”

“I would like to compliment the staff at the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba – Beach Resort & Casino on my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and appreciated the resort’s atmosphere and accommodations. I would, however, like to offer two suggestions for improvement. First, I believe all staff members should make an effort to greet guests with a smile and a friendly acknowledgment, regardless of their position or location within the resort. A simple smile and greeting go a long way in making guests……

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“Very peaceful and relaxing place. We were able to have our dog with us. We relaxed at the pool multiple times after time at the nearby beach. Very good location for beach and food options”

“Transported to ann idyllic property. Very clean, bright and beautiful casitas. Even though they have 48 casitas, the property is large. Never felt crowded by the pool. Very quiet. Truly wonderful stay 10/10”

“Whenever you book in a place you’ve never been before you can get nervous!! Please let me put your fears to rest!! The unit, the people, the choice of restaurants up and down the beach at this resort and those around it was unending!! Days by the pool, floating at the beach or taking walks were just some of the highlights…. The unit was more than spacious as we had 4 of us and got the two bedroom villa (one is similar to a hotel room with a toaster, coffee maker and a small sink and the other……

“Desiree and Reggie fantastic super kind Pool was excellent. We had a great stay”

“The property was great, very spacious to accommodate my family of 3. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was bigger than my own. The king bed was also very comfortable. Loved the outdoor area with the pool and garden. We had our own porch with a hammock, table, couch facing the pool and gardens. Location was also excellent, very quiet and walkable. I guess if I was to list a couple things I “didn’t like” I’d say o couldn’t get the toaster to work and that some times the kitchen tap……

“the property is beautiful, clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. Favorite spot _ sunset grille for dinner outside 5:30 or 6pm reservations a must! also ask about the Sparkling sunset package - Giovanni is a perfect host and coordinator! My only disappointment is that the beach shaded Palapas are not complimentary to guest and must reserved in advance at an additional cost, it is so hot it is a must have if you plan to be on the beach most of the day. It would be nice to……

“This trip could’ve been a lot better! But communication was not there at all. I missed my flight and call the hotel to check me in cause I was coming in the next day instead. Not only when I arrived around 12, the room wasn’t ready! The front desk took my number and told me she will call me once the room is ready! We drove around town until 4pm and never got a text! So I had to go in and ask about the room, then she proceeded to check us in. We almost missed our spa appointment and they still……

“I like the host very nice an polite Place is clean and big Rooms are spacious and private bathrooms”

“The property was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and we had everything we needed during our stay. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend it to other travelers.”

“一切都十分满意，就是有一点觉得房间空气/有点霉气，员工非常热情，地点十分便利”
