Great property in a superb part of Sardinia

Pleasant house with large veranda, patios and pool perfect for a summer holiday. Pistis is quiet and in a beautiful area with lots to visit and great beaches in the vicinity.

Beautiful accommodation with a magnificent view

We had a very nice stay in a very nice location with a beautiful swimming pool... and with a fantastic view. We fully recommend this location because of its nice house, the magnificent view on the sea and the quiet environment. Davide was very kind and helpful and gave us good tips about restaurants and locations to visit... the ideal host.

Really worth a trip!

Davide and his brother were very caring, the house was clean with a beautiful view and a fantastic pool. The beach in Pistis/Torre dei Corsari is just amazing! Unfortunately, due to the weather in autumn/fall we had 3 blackouts, which was a bit annoying but was taken care of quite fast. To be fair, the hosts are not to blame, but this should be mentioned in the object's description in case of travelling there in autumn/fall. All in all, this place is really beautiful and worth a visit!

Beach holiday in Sardinia

A relaxed property with a great view and stunning pool overlooking the Mediterranean. A great outdoor space with a vast shady veranda for eating and relaxing. This is out-of-the-way Sardinia, far from the crowds and commercial scene elsewhere on the island.

A perfect place for wonderful holidays

The place was just perfect for us. Davide and Massimo are extremely nice hosts and take care a lot. Thanks to both of you. The property is exactly as shown and in real even better. The view is gorgeous and the surroundings very calm and not touristic at all. Pistis beach is 5 min away and beautiful. We just had a wonderful stay and do fully recommend this property.

Wonderful site, great pool, comfortable beds.

You need to know that the villa is not crowded in with other vacation places in the area- it stands apart and alone above the Mediterranean. All the amenities are very good- pool is excellent! The beach is walking distance and great. Food is more of a problem as the kitchen is not set up for lots of fine cooking; there are good restaurants but know these are mostly 20-30 minutes away by car. Overall my freinds and I thought this was a superb stay.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und das Grundstück hat eine Traumlage. Man kann dort sehr gut einen entspannten Urlaub verbringen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Villa a Pistis

Bellissima villa sul promontorio di Pistis con stupenda piscina, a pochi passi dal mare e da splendide calette (un po’ difficoltoso scendere e salire). Spiaggia di Pistis a meno di un km.La villa è molto piu’ bella dal vivo, molto curato il giardino, 3 stanza da letto, due bagni (di cui uno fuori casa vicino alla piscina), sala da pranzo, cucina e uno splendido patio coperto dove passare le serate a guardare il tramonto, fare aperitivi e cenare. Davide è un ottimo padrone di casa, gentile, professionale, sempre disponibile e grato di consigli.Il plus di questa struttura è l’accettazione dei cani che per me è la prima (ed unica) condizione che ricerco quando devo prendere in affitto una struttura.

Tolle Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders schön ist die sehr große überdachte Terrasse und das gesamte Grundstück. Wir waren zwei Familien und haben die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse und dem Pool verbracht. Bei Temperaturen um 20-25 Grad war es im Haus immer gut temperiert. Die Küche ist etwas älter, aber alles ist zum Kochen vorhanden. Ein Toaster wäre noch prima. Der nahe (1km) Strand ist sehr schön. Wir danken Davide und Massimo für ihre Freundlichkeit.

Sehr schönes Fereinhaus

Das Haus und die Außenanlage sind für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub bestens geeignet. Entweder den großen Pool genießen, oder einen 5-minütigen Spaziergang ans Meer unternehmen und den NATO-Strand für sich alleine haben! Mehr geht nicht! Ausstattung: Alles was man braucht. Schönes Haus - erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen erholsamen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Aussicht auf die Umgebung und das Meer ist toll. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, liegt etwas abseits von einem kleinen Ort. Das große Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt. War für uns perfekt, da wir mit zwei Hunden angereist sind. Der Pool ist sauber und es gibt ausreichend Liegen. Die Gegend ist nicht sehr touristisch. Der schöne weitläufige Sandstrand ist etwa 1km entfernt. Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Herrlich ruhiges Ferienhaus, auch für Familien

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und ruhigen Aufenthalt in dem großen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Es ist abgelegen und dennoch ist man in 5-10 min zu Fuß am Meer zum Schnorcheln oder Baden (Felsenküste). Wenn man noch 10 min mehr läuft, kommt man an einen kleine Touristensiedlung mit einem schönen Sandstrand. Auch wandern kann man direkt vom Haus aus. Der Pool am Haus ist groß und sauber. Aller drei Tage wurde er kontrolliert, gereinigt und der Müll entsorgt. Die das Haus umlaufende Veranda ist groß und durch halbhohe Türen verschließbar, so dass keine kleinen Kinder unbeobachtet heraus oder Tiere herein kommen können. Man kann sie mit elektrischen transparenten Jalousien verschließen, wenn der Wind zu stark ist. Auch das Grundstück ist umzäunt und verschließbar. Wir waren Anfang Oktober bei wunderbarem Spätsommerwetter baden, sonnen und schnorcheln. Es gab von zehn Tagen nur einen etwas windigeren Tag. Im Umkreis von 5-10 km kann man etliches entdecken (Türme, Flamingos, kleine Ortschaften, reichlich Landwirtschaft, Berge, Strand...). Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und äußerst entgegenkommend. Hinzuweisen ist auf etwas straffe Matratzen, die Leuten mit Rückenbeschwerden Probleme bereiten könnten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Man kann das Haus unbedingt empfehlen.*****

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir durften schon früher ins Haus - dieses und das ganze Grundstück sind sehr großzügig angelegt. Bekamen alles erklärt, dann waren wir für uns. Genial ist, an allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter angebracht. Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll mit schönen Dekos ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles reichlich vorhanden. Es gibt sogar einen Gefrierschrank. Für Filterkaffee eigene Utensilien mitbringen. Auf der Veranda, die an 3 Seiten überdacht ist, gibt es viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist super groß. Hier wäre für die Liegen eine Beschattungsmöglichkeit nicht schlecht. Die Aussicht auf Meer und Umgebung gigantisch, inkl. Sonnenuntergang. Die Lage ist so ruhig, dass sogar Rehe vorbei kamen. Außer mal ein Vogel, der zwitschert, oder Schäfchenglocken, hört man so gut wie nichts. Absolute Freiheit und Privatsphäre. Vom Haus aus kann man schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen. Knapp 5 Autominuten entfernt ist ein Dorf mit Supermarkt und gutem Restaurant/Pizzeria. Vielen Dank an Davide, seinen Bruder und Schwägerin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erholsamer Urlaub mit traumhaftem Blick

Das gut ausgestattete Haus liegt wunderschön und man genießt einen großartigen Meerblick. Insbesondere die Veranda mit Windschutz ist toll und der Pool sehr großzügig. Zum schönen Sandstrand ist es nicht einmal 1 Kilometer. Die Gegend ist nicht so touristisch wie der Norden der Insel und in den Pfingstferien hat man teilweise menschenleere Strände. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
