“Everything is perfect at Aura del Mar. We prefer the Superior Suite because of the extra room and the elevated view. The pool area is excellent with plenty of shade. Another few steps and you are on the beach! The restaurant has amazing food. We loved the nightly happy hour on the sunset viewing deck. Abel treats his customers like family. Roxy at the front desk and Carlos who books excursions are both helpful and making every guest feel at home.”

“It's s very good place for my family's vacation. The room is clean when we arrived and all staffs are friendly. Perfect view and beach, Great. BTW, it will be better if hotel can provide coffee everyday, haha.”

“Villas del Vigía had the most amazing view I have come across! Unfortunately, all three beds that were included in the villa were extremely hard, almost rock hard. I mentioned to the person in charge that my mom, who was staying with me, could no longer put up with her back pain and if there was anything they could do (like switch the mattress for example) The reply was “we will see what we can do” and never hear back on that topic again, and a week later we checked out. If you can’t sleep on……

“Our overall experience was not great. Our first room was dirty , safe didn’t work no windows or AC. We upgraded at a cost to a better room which worked out much better. Check in was poor , no information was given to us by front end staff regarding special events, no map of the resort. Most of the staff seemed to be indifferent to requests from guests. The few bright spots was Alberto in the breakfast area without him we wouldn’t have known about special dinners or events or what the breakfast……

“We enjoyed our 1 week stay. The property was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice, but wish there were more loungers. The breakfast was tasty and nice selection. We had the king suite and liked our room but the bed was a bit too firm for our liking. Good air conditioning in our room overall happy with the hotel. ”
