「I loved the location of this property! The buildings themselves have so much potential. The insides are very outdated and run down. The coffee maker was burnt and stuck to the warming plate and the sheets had drains. BUT you can’t beat the location and super friendly staff. The pool was super clean and warm with a nice outdoor shower. I would definitely come back here if they lowered the price for current condition of the buildings. And I would bring my own sheets. You can’t beat the location...

「The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Our air conditioner worked well. The hotel is located along the main road to West End, and can be somewhat noisy with loud motor bikes, but this noise level would be the same at other properties as well. The shower water was decently hot and the shower was a large walk-in type. The room fridge worked, and there was no microwave. Filtered water was available in the office. 「I traveled with my two teenagers and they loved the lodge they liked the feeding the animals too. I appreciated the free breakfast and the quick walk to the beach. Celeste, the owner was amazing and Lorelei at the front office also! Super helpful and helped me with horseback riding for my daughter and charter fishing for my son. Cannot recommend West Bay Lodge enough! We are going back next year too!」
