“雖然飯店大門外觀有遭人塗鴉看起來不是很美觀，但內部還算乾淨，門口就是地鐵出口也很便利，附近也有大型超市可以購買食材，櫃台服務人員也很友善，不過櫃檯的服務時間偏短，比較不利於check in/ check out需要找人溝通，而check out後的寄放行李可能需要加強管理，此次雖然行李並沒有遺失東西，但寄放過程中，櫃台人員並沒有一直監看，也沒有提供領取憑證，會讓人擔心有很高遺失風險”

“We recently spent 9 wonderful days at Hisuite in Italy, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The location was ideal, allowing us to explore the city with ease while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of each day.
The suite was beautifully designed modern, stylish, and spotless, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed.

“We had a place booked and they canceled at the last minute! Booked this because we needed someplace to stay. VERY happy with this last minute choice. A two minute flat walk to the bus stop where cabs were also available. It was larger than we thought it would be. I gave my daughter the bedroom and I slept on the queen size pull out. The place was large enough to leave it pulled out and still get around. Slept like a baby. Clearly it was on older building because the front door was about 20 feet……

自分で鍵を開けて入るということに不安がありましたが、事前にくわしい解錠方法や連絡先とのやり取りで安心することが出来ました。
間違えて電話にコールをしてしまった際、直ぐに折り返しの電話もくれました。とてもフレンドリーな雰囲気です。
立地はコロッセオやトレビの泉にも行きやすく、またローマに滞在する時には利用させて頂きたいと思います。”

“This place is an amazing place in the middle of Rione Monti. It has a particular charm and an amazing history. It is close to everything and still very quiet. A beautiful courtyard and a wonderful host. We’re so happy to have found this place. The place needs some TLC but it is still ok as that the host makes up for it with charm and flexibility. ”

"IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. "
