Great location !! Superbe stay ! Everything was as expected !! Not a single observation .5 starts are not enough Tenant family very kindly and always ready to support in case of any need . Thank you to Patricia and family . People on the small village( Poggiolo ) down of the capo di Monte hill very friendly !

We (2 families with 4 adults and 3 kids) spent a wonderful week in this Villa in October 2021. The villa and especially the site and the views all around in the area of Arezzo are simply breathtaking! We had a warm welcome by the owner family who assisted us in every situation we needed them (Thank you Patrizia once more). The villa with its surroundin olive plantations, some animals and even a little chappel is charming beyond words... Arezzo is just 10 minutes away. When you are lying in the pool you have a view of Arezzo and you are even able to discover the cathedral and the Piazza Grande of the oldtown of Arezzo. In real it´s even better than the picures can tell. The owner (Patrizia) offered to heat the smaller pool during our stay, so the kids enjoyed pool time even in the mid of october. When heated, the smaller pool ist warm as a bathtub.... The villa is well equipped with everything you need. A supermarket is 5 minutes away. We will come back surely!!!!

Magnifique villa, conforme en tout point au descriptif. Situation idéale pour visiter Florence, Sienne et Rome. Les piscines sont exceptionnelles tant pour nageurs expérimentés que pour la farniente. Grande gentillesse et disponibilite des propriétaires. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

A beautiful old country house, as you would imagine in Tuscany! Spacious and rustic, with great garden and wonderful swimming pool. Very well located in the center of Tuscany. Really recommended.
