“Key wasn’t in lockbox when we arrived, had to wait outside for a long time with my children. And I had to drive to Walmart to take them to use the restroom. Fans were full of dust. Toilet was clogged and dirty. Shower handle from master bedroom was broken, dirty dishes, ants. Pillowcases full of dust. ”

“Misleading/confusion finding apartment:
Recommend adding the exact address for the main gate.
Difficult finding exact apartment. Numbers on roadside of apartments. Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building.
Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers……

“I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. ”
