「Nice, very well located hotel. Didn’t need uber or taxi to get anywhere as most everything I wanted to see/do was within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the pool in the courtyard was very nice to have access to as well. The breakfast included is also great, much better than most hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Cartagena!」

「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water.
