「The quality of service at Casa Lola was impeccable. The staff was always very professional and the room itself was promptly cleaned. The hotel itself was exactly like staying at an art gallery, very picturesque. Don’t get me started on the Restaurant, food and drinks were always first class. Breakfast every morning was a delight, with signature options from various cities in Columbia and American and European option as well. Every amenity outside of this hotel was within walking distance, so...

「The Staff ..ALL.. could not be more friendly, charming AND helpful. We found it difficult to keep the room temperature comfortable and the duvet was much to heavy to be comfortable. It would be helpful to have a straight 'chair' in the room. The location is great and again, the staff made it easy, giving directions help with transportation. This is a very charming hotel and it is a very good choice to see Cartagena easily. Would recommend to friends and fellow travelers. 」
