It was ok for the price and only one night, but I would not stay here for multiple nights. Check-in was fine and staff brough extra towels to room as requested. Atrium is nice a spacious, plus a good gaming area with pool table and arcade games. Room was ok but bathroom was dingy. Hot water was not, it was on the upper end of lukewarm and I was the only one to shower at 6am. Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance/painting...in summer when people are on vacation. Not the right time to do that. Breakfast was NOT impressive. Carb overload and no protein options at all. Closet protein availability was the jelly-sized package of peanut butter and the container of yogurt. Orange juice was super sour. Our softball tournament initially had a rain delay so we returned to the hotel to see if we could regain access to our room but were told too bad because the keys had been turned in 45 minutes prior. This Quality Inn needs to have a thorough upgrade across the board. They could really learn a lot from the Quality Inn located in Chickasha, OK. If I had to choose one, Chickasha would win hands down each time. Their customer service and breakfast were amazing at that location; NOT in Arkansas City, KS.
