"Very decent casino hotel with multiple casino options, 5 restaurants onsite, solid security, a fun vibe, very responsive management/staff, and only 10 minutes from all the Memphis attractions of which there are many. We stayed for a week and only had one minor hiccup with the fiber optic lines going down in our room after a storm and the manager upgraded us to a better room at no charge on the same floor and provided two free buffet vouchers w/free cocktails to compensate us for the inconvenience. You just need to speak with them if you have any concerns or issues. Be sure to tip your valets out of consideration and to take good care of your vehicle. That's usually a standard practice and they appreciate it. All in all, first time to Memphis and we had a fantastic trip!"
