「A great location for visiting the coast which was quiet considering how close it was to a main road. A lovely clean room with all necessary features. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again.」

「Registration was cursory. Certainly not rude, just “fill in your details and here’s your key.” No offer of assistance for two seniors to carry suitcases up narrow stairs. No further information offered. Room was adequate. Shower is traditional British style - in a very high narrow tub, very dangerous for seniors in my opinion. Notice in room that no outside food allowed, and may result in an additional charge. Overall good value for money, but more of a two star than a three star hotel. 」

「Great location, staff was very friendly and cooked us a very tasty breakfast. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Street parking was very full so had to park one street away but promenade and restaurants are all within walking distance so no need to move the car after securing a spot.」

「Lovely aparthotel, very clean in a perfect location just about 12-15 mins to town and even closer to the beach, staff members were very accommodating and friendly. Overall we had a lovely and relaxed stay after our long walk through to Birling Cap and Beachy Head.」

Everything was really good: the hospitality, the room and bedding, breakfast, local restaurant guide and even the flush at the toilet. Parking was an issue after 8pm as usually all the closest parking lots would be full.」

「Terrible. Mold and damp on the walls. Clear water damage. Mold on the windows. As soon as you walk in the room its so damp the air feels thick. Please avoid. I booked 2 nights here but couldnt stay because of how unfit for purpose the rooms are. I got told they will personally contact me for refund details within 24 hours. Its been 2 days of radio silence. Please avoid if your health is your priority.」
